HPP Christian Web Hosting - Terms of Use
HPP is a privately owned company. We are also a "Christian-Owned" company who adheres to christian standards in our integrity and services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we deem to be offensive or inappropriate for the public. Any such suspension or termination will include a full pro-rata refund for unused service.
Although we are a "Christian-Owned" company, we welcome all customers, regardless of religion, sex, race, or creed, in accordance to what we deem appropriate for public use.
HPP makes no representations or warranties of the service customers may receive from 3rd party partners (domain registrars, e-commerce providers, merchant banking accounts, software vendors, programmers, etc.) and is not responsible for any advertising or beliefs set forth by such parties.
HPP reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any hosting package and it's associated features, pricing, and specs at any given time, without notice. In the event of a price change, the current pricing will stay in effect for the duration until the next billing cycle of the customer.
Reselling web space on your account is STRICTLY PROHIBITED unless you are a certified reseller with HPP. Customers may not resell portions of their package and "redirect" other clients to special folders or URL's within their web hosting package. HPP employs a state of the art bandwidth and traffic analysis system, and will suspend or terminate clients who violate this term with no refund.
DOMAIN ACCOUNTS:
Although HPP makes it easy for customers to manage their HPP/ENOM-based domain accounts, it is ultimately the responsibility of EACH CUSTOMER to maintain and renew their domain name accounts. HPP will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE or LIABLE for any domain account-related issues, including, but not limited to, loss of domain, loss of renewal, down time due to domain expiration, inaccurate contact info, or unauthorized changes to domain account. HPP will make every effort (at customer's specific, written request) to assist customers in the management of their domain account.
BILLING TERMS:
All accounts will automatically renew unless cancellation is received prior to renewal date. HPP will not issue any refunds on "prepaid" packages that are cancelled by the customer.
Accounts that are (14) days past due will be suspended until payment is received.
Accounts that are (30) or more days past due will be deleted, and will require a $50 re-provisioning fee for re-activation.

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, CHECK
Note: check payments are only accepted for ANNUAL BILLING CYCLES.

HPP's guarantee is that you will be completely satisfied with your experience with us. If you choose to cancel your service within the first (30) days of enrollment, HPP will issue a full refund (less any setup or installation fees paid), "no questions asked".
